Return and Exchange Policy

At Areesh Artisan, we greatly value our customers and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you encounter any issues with the size or quality of your shoes, we are happy to replace them with a new pair of the same design you ordered.

Before requesting an exchange, please ensure you comply with the following conditions, in accordance with our Terms of Sale:

Exchange Conditions

  1. Eligibility for Exchange:

    • Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

    • Requests made after 15 days may not be accepted.

  2. Product Condition:

    • The product must be unworn, unaltered, and undamaged.

    • Items that show signs of use or are returned without original packaging (e.g., accessories, shoe box) will not be accepted.

  3. Return Shipping:

    • All returns and exchanges are free within Pakistan.

Steps to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact Us:

    • Email us at returns@areeshartisan.com or call us at 0300-1234567 to inform us about your exchange request and provide the reason for the return.

  2. Confirmation:

    • Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive an email confirming the acceptance of your return.

  3. Prepare Your Return:

    • Ensure that the product is in its original condition and includes all accessories and packaging.

  4. Processing Your Exchange:

    • Once we receive the returned item, our Quality Department will verify and validate it.

    • After successful verification, we will process your exchange within 10 to 12 working days.

Important Notes:

  • Areesh Artisan reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that do not meet the above conditions.

  • Customized products are not eligible for exchange or return unless they are defective upon arrival.
