Shipping Policy

All our products are Made To Order, which means it takes approximately 10 to 12 business days to manufacture your order after it is placed.

Order Confirmation:

After placing an order, a sales representative will call you to confirm the details. No orders will be shipped without confirmation.

Delivery Address:

A street address is required for all deliveries.

Shipping Time:

Once your order is dispatched, you can expect to receive it within 72 business hours. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process with SMS and email notifications after dispatch.

If your provided phone number is unreachable, your order may be cancelled after 24 hours. If we’re unable to ship your items within 30 days, we’ll cancel your order and issue a full refund if you’ve made an advance payment.
